राजा होवाखिलं लोकं॑ समुदीर्ण समुत्सुकम्‌ । प्रसादयति धर्मेण प्रसाद्य च विराजते

Transliteration

rājā hovākhilaṃ lokaṃ samudīrṇaṃ samutsukam | prasādayati dharmeṇa prasādya ca virājate |

Translation

Vasumanā disse: O rei, governando de acordo com o dharma, conquista a boa vontade do mundo inteiro—mesmo quando as pessoas estão agitadas e inquietas por desejos ardentes. Tendo-as levado ao contentamento, ele próprio permanece na alegria e resplandece com esplendor régio.
