राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
धर्ममेव प्रपद्यन्ते न हिंसन्ति परस्परम् । अनुगृह्नन्ति चान्योन्यं यदा रक्षति भूमिप:
dharmam eva prapadyante na hiṃsanti parasparam | anugṛhṇanti cānyonyaṃ yadā rakṣati bhūmipaḥ ||
Quando o rei protege verdadeiramente o seu reino, o povo naturalmente se refugia no dharma: não se ferem uns aos outros e demonstram benevolência e apoio mútuos. O verso apresenta a moral pública como fruto direto de uma realeza justa e vigilante.
