विमुक्त: सर्वसड्भेभ्यो लघ्वाहारो जितेन्द्रिय: । पूर्वरात्रेडपररात्रे धारयीत मनो55त्मनि
vimuktaḥ sarvasaṅgebhyo laghvāhāro jitendriyaḥ | pūrvarātre ’pararātre dhārayīt mano ’tmani ||
Vasiṣṭha disse: “Livre de todo tipo de apego, o iogue deve viver com alimento leve e comedido e manter os sentidos sob controle. Nas primeiras e nas últimas vigílias da noite, deve firmar e sustentar a mente fixa no Si mesmo.”
