Transliteration

kecid yūpān samutpāṭya baśramurvikṛtānanāḥ

Translation

Disse Bhīṣma: Alguns, com o rosto distorcido pela ira, arrancaram os postes sacrificiais e, em seu frenesi, correram de um lado para outro—imagem de como a violência pode irromper até em espaços destinados à ordem sagrada, quando se abandonam a contenção e o dharma.
