Adhyāya 193: Adjudication of the Comparable Fruits of Japa and Yoga
भीष्म उवाच इत्युक्तो भूगुणा राजन् भरद्वाज: प्रतापवान् | भृगुं परमधर्मात्मा विस्मित: प्रत्यपूजयत्
bhīṣma uvāca | ity ukto bhṛguṇā rājan bharadvājaḥ pratāpavān | bhṛguṃ paramadharmātmā vismitaḥ pratyapūjayat ||
Bhishma disse: “Ó rei, quando Bhṛgu falou assim, o ilustre Bharadvāja—supremamente devotado ao dharma—encheu-se de assombro e, com reverência, prestou a Bhṛgu as honras devidas.”
