जनक-राज्ञः मौण्ड्य-परिव्रज्या-विवादः
Janaka’s Renunciation Questioned; Discourse on Dāna and Detachment
नैतेनातिथयो राजन् देवर्षिपितरस्तथा । अद्य शक््यास्त्वया भर्तु मोघस्तेडयं परिश्रम:
arjuna uvāca | naitena atithayo rājan devarṣi-pitaras tathā | adya śakyās tvayā bhartuṃ moghas te 'yaṃ pariśramaḥ ||
Arjuna disse: “Ó rei, com tão pouco não podes hoje sustentar os hóspedes, nem os rishis divinos e os ancestrais. Portanto, este teu esforço é inútil.”
