यथातत्त्वं क्षितिपते तदिहैकमना: शृणु । पृथ्वीनाथ! अब मैं यह बता रहा हूँ कि इनकी उत्पत्ति किससे होती है? ये किस तरह स्थिर रहते हैं? और कैसे इनका विनाश होता है? राजन! सबसे पहले क्रोधकी उत्पत्तिका यथार्थरूपसे वर्णन करता हूँ। तुम यहाँ एकाग्रचित्त होकर इस विषयको सुनो
Translation
Bhishma disse: “Ó rei, escuta aqui com a mente unificada. Ó senhor da terra! Agora direi de onde isto nasce, como se mantém firme e como se destrói. Primeiro, descreverei com exatidão a origem da ira; ouve com atenção concentrada.”
