The verse highlights how collective emotion follows the tide of war: when foes fall, the victorious side’s retinue erupts in triumphant noise and celebration. Ethically, it underscores the intoxicating nature of victory in battle—how joy and cruelty can mingle when violence becomes spectacle.
As enemies are being slain, Kumāra’s attendants raise a thunderous roar that fills all directions. Overjoyed, they celebrate physically—dancing, leaping, and laughing—marking the momentum of victory on the battlefield.
