जलाशगयं प्रविष्टोडद्य वाउ्छड्जीवितमात्मन: । उत्तिष्ठ राजन्‌ युध्यस्व सहास्माभि: सुयोधन

Transliteration

jalāśayaṃ praviṣṭo ’dya vāñchad jīvitam ātmanaḥ | uttiṣṭha rājan yudhyasva sahāsmābhiḥ suyodhana ||

Translation

Sañjaya disse: “Hoje entraste no lago, desejando preservar a tua própria vida. Depois de ocasionares a destruição de todos os kṣatriyas e da tua própria linhagem, por que começaste este ato na água? Ergue-te, ó rei Suyodhana, e luta conosco.”
