Dyūta-kathā-praśnaḥ — Inquiry into the Dice-Game Calamity
एवं मे वर्तमानस्य स्वसुतेष्वितरेषु च । भेदो न भविता लोके भेदमूलो हि विग्रह:
evaṁ me vartamānasya svasuteṣv itareṣu ca | bhedo na bhavitā loke bhedamūlo hi vigrahaḥ ||
“Se eu me conduzir assim, não haverá parcialidade de minha parte—nem para com meus próprios filhos nem para com os outros. Pois, neste mundo, o conflito e a discórdia nascem apenas da discriminação e da divisão.”
