मायासभायां दुर्योधनस्य अवमान-प्रसङ्गः
Duryodhana’s Humiliation in the Hall of Māyā
त्वं ह्वार्तानां समाश्चासों भीतानामभयप्रद: । एवमुक्तस्तत: कृष्ण: सोडब्रवीद् यदुनन्दन:,'क्योंकि तुम संकटमें पड़े हुए प्राणियोंक सबसे बड़े सहारे और भयभीत मनुष्योंको अभय देनेवाले हो।” अपनी बुआके ऐसा कहनेपर यदुनन्दन श्रीकृष्णने कहा--
tvaṁ hy ārtānāṁ samāś cāsi bhītānām abhayapradaḥ | evam uktaḥ tataḥ kṛṣṇaḥ so ’bravīd yadunandanaḥ ||
«Pois tu és, de fato, o maior refúgio dos aflitos e o doador de destemor aos amedrontados.» Tendo ela falado assim, Kṛṣṇa —a alegria dos Yadus— respondeu então.
