Shloka 52

स्तुवन्तः स्तवयुक्ताभिववग्भि: कृष्णौ परंतपौ । जग्मुः स्वशिबिरायैव मुदा युक्ता महारथा:

sañjaya uvāca | stuvantaḥ stavayuktābhir vāgbhiḥ kṛṣṇau parantapau | jagmuḥ svaśibirāyaiva mudā yuktā mahārathāḥ ||

Sañjaya disse: Regozijando-se com o êxito, os grandes guerreiros de carro retornaram ao seu próprio acampamento. Com palavras carregadas de louvor, exaltaram os dois “abrasadores de inimigos”—Kṛṣṇa e Arjuna—expressando gratidão e aprovação após o desfecho duramente conquistado daquele dia; e, no quadro mais amplo, ofereceram também felicitações ao rei justo Yudhiṣṭhira pela consecução do objetivo.
