Transliteration

yāvad āvedyate rājñe hataḥ karṇo 'rjunena vai tāvad dhavaddhiyyattaiḥ tu bhavitavyaṃ narādhipaiḥ

Translation

Disse Sañjaya: «Até que a notícia seja levada ao rei de que Karṇa foi de fato morto por Arjuna, os soberanos, com a mente abalada e incerta, devem suportar o que está destinado.»
