Transliteration

senāvindusutaḥ śreṣṭhaḥ śātravān praharan yudhi

Translation

Sañjaya disse: No auge da batalha, o excelente filho de Senāvindu abateu seus inimigos, impelindo o combate com vigor marcial resoluto — imagem de destreza que, no quadro ético do Mahābhārata, também ressalta como o valor na guerra pode ser celebrado mesmo quando serve à sombria engrenagem do conflito fratricida.
