कर्णार्जुनयुद्ध-प्रवृत्तिः
Renewal of the Karṇa–Arjuna Engagement at Day’s End
अज्जोगतिभिरायम्य प्रयत्नाद् धनुरुत्तमम् । नाराचैरहनन्नागान् नकुल: कुलनन्दन:
ajyogatibhir āyamya prayatnād dhanur uttamam | nārācair ahanan nāgān nakulaḥ kulanandanaḥ ||
Disse Sañjaya: Com movimentos rápidos e bem dirigidos, Nakula—deleite de sua linhagem—retesou com esforço seu excelente arco e abateu os elefantes com agudas flechas de ferro. O verso ressalta a perícia disciplinada e o empenho determinado em meio à guerra, onde a proeza se manifesta por ação controlada, e não por mera fúria.
