महत् पूर्व स्थितो यच्च प्राणोत्पत्तिस्थितश्न यत् । स्थितलिडज्ञश्न यन्नित्यं तस्मात् स्थाणुरिति स्मृत:
Translation
Vyāsa disse: “Desde os tempos primordiais ele permanece em sua grandeza; é a causa do surgimento e da permanência dos sopros vitais; e seu corpo, de natureza liṅga, mantém-se sempre firme e imóvel. Por isso é lembrado como ‘Sthāṇu’—o Imutável, o que permanece de pé.”
