Adhyāya 113: Karṇa–Bhīma Śaravarṣa and the Battlefield Aftermath (कर्णभीमशरवर्षः)
अवश्यं तु मया सर्व विज्ञाप्यस्त्वं नराधिप । वासुदेवस्य यद् वाक््यं फाल्गुनस्थ च धीमत:
avaśyaṃ tu mayā sarvaṃ vijñāpyaḥ tvaṃ narādhipa | vāsudevasya yad vākyaṃ phālgunasya ca dhīmataḥ ||
Disse Sañjaya: Ó rei, é imperativo que eu te relate tudo—sobretudo as palavras proferidas por Vāsudeva (Śrī Kṛṣṇa) e pelo sábio Phālguna (Arjuna). Seu conselho, dado no contexto da guerra, tem peso moral e deve ser transmitido fielmente ao governante que carrega a responsabilidade pelo destino do reino.
