अभिमन्यु–अलम्बुसयुद्धम् / The Duel of Abhimanyu and Alambusa

घटोत्कचोभिसंक्रुद्धों ज्ञातिभि: परिवारित: । अभिद॒द्राव वेगेन द्रौणिमाहवशोभिनम्
ghaṭotkaco 'bhisaṁkruddho jñātibhiḥ parivāritaḥ | abhidadrāva vegena drauṇim āhavaśobhinam ||
Disse Sañjaya: Ghaṭotkaca, enfurecido e cercado por seus próprios parentes, avançou com grande velocidade contra Drauṇi (Aśvatthāman), que tornava o campo de batalha resplandecente. O momento mostra como, sob a tensão moral da guerra, parentesco e lealdade intensificam a determinação, levando os guerreiros a enfrentar adversários formidáveis em defesa do seu lado.
