अभिमन्यु–अलम्बुसयुद्धम् / The Duel of Abhimanyu and Alambusa

स गाढविद्धो व्यथितो रथोपस्थ उपाविशत् । मोहितं वीक्ष्य राजानं नीलम भ्रचयोपमम्
sa gāḍhaviddho vyathito rathopastha upāviśat | mohitaṃ vīkṣya rājānaṃ nīlam bhracayopamam ||
Disse Sañjaya: Atingido profundamente e abalado pela dor, ele tombou e sentou-se no assento do carro de guerra. Ao ver o rei aturdido—com a tez escurecida, como um amontoado de nuvens de tempestade—percebeu a força esmagadora do ferimento e o peso moral daquele instante em meio ao tumulto do combate.
