Transliteration

taiś ca muktoccharān bhīṣmo yudhi satyaparākramaḥ

Translation

Disse Sañjaya: Naquela batalha, Bhīṣma—cujo valor jamais se mostrou falso—disparou aquelas flechas, enfrentando o momento com firmeza inabalável e com o severo dever de um kṣatriya no campo de guerra.
