तथैव पाण्डवा राजन् सैन्येन महता वृता: । भीष्म संछादयामासुर्मेघा इव दिवाकरम्
tathaiva pāṇḍavā rājan sainyena mahatā vṛtāḥ | bhīṣmaṃ saṃchādayāmāsur meghā iva divākaram ||
Sañjaya disse: “Ó rei, do mesmo modo, os Pāṇḍavas—cercados por seu vasto exército—cobriram Bhīṣma com uma densa chuva de flechas, como as nuvens velam o sol.”
