वैशम्पायन उवाच
Dharma in public life is shown through order, competence, and accountability: skilled workers complete the sacrificial preparations and formally report to a ruler characterized as dharmajña, implying that righteous leadership relies on proper procedure and responsible communication.
After completing the construction and arrangements for the sacrifice (yajñavidhi), the architects and craftsmen approach King Yudhiṣṭhira and inform him that the entire work for the sacrificial setup has been finished.
