Kṛṣṇasya Dvārakā-praveśaḥ — Krishna’s Return to Dvārakā and the Raivataka Festival
रथेन हरियुक्तेन तं देशमुपजग्मिवान् । वज्रपाणिर्महातेजास्तं ददर्श द्विजोत्तमम्
rathena hariyuktena taṃ deśam upajagmivān | vajrapāṇir mahātejās taṃ dadarśa dvijottamam ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Indra, poderoso e radiante, portador do vajra, chegou àquele lugar num carro atrelado a corcéis de cor fulva e viu Uttanka, o mais eminente dos brāhmaṇas. No exato momento em que o asceta, firme em seu voto, cavava a terra para abrir um caminho até o Nāga-loka, a autoridade divina se fez presente, anunciando a virada decisiva que traria conselho sobre o dharma e os limites da vingança pessoal.
