Transliteration

kṣaṇenāntarhitāś caiva prekṣatām eva leḍabhavan | avagāhā mahātmānaḥ puṇyāṃ bhāgīrathīṃ nadīm ||

Translation

Disse Vaiśampāyana: Num instante, enquanto todos olhavam, aqueles grandes seres desapareceram da vista e mergulharam no rio sagrado Bhāgīrathī.
