The verse emphasizes the sanctity and completeness of righteous ritual action: when a sacrifice is properly grounded in dharma, even its formal elements—like the Vaṣaṭ utterance and the yajña’s components—are treated as living presences, highlighting the moral weight of precision, reverence, and ordered conduct.
Vasiṣṭha describes an extraordinary gathering: sages and gods led by Agni arrive, and the very constituents of the sacrifice along with the Vaṣaṭ-call are poetically personified as present, signaling a moment of heightened ritual potency and divine participation.
