Gopradāna–Bhūmidāna Guidelines and Recipient Eligibility
घृतं मासे आश्वयुजि विप्रेभ्यो यः प्रयच्छति । तस्मै प्रयच्छतो रूप॑ प्रीतौ देवाविहाश्विनौ
ghṛtaṃ māse āśvayuje viprebhyo yaḥ prayacchati | tasmai prayacchato rūpaṃ prītau devāv ihāśvinau ||
Disse Bhīṣma: Quem, no mês de Āśvayuja, oferece ghee como dádiva aos brāhmaṇas, sobre esse doador os gêmeos Aśvin, médicos divinos, satisfeitos com a oferta, concedem beleza e formosura aqui mesmo, neste mundo.
