वाचा च वधबन्‍न्धैर्वा कक्‍्लेशैर्वा विविधैस्तथा

vācā ca vadhabandhair vā kakleśair vā vividhaiḥ tathā

Bhīṣma disse: «Seja por palavras ásperas, seja por amarras e ameaças de morte, seja ainda por diversas aflições e tormentos—não se deve oprimir os outros.»
