Transliteration

saṃniruddhas tu tenātmā sarveṣv āyataneṣu ca

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Com o eu refreado por essa disciplina, e com o controle mantido em todos os assentos corporais da atividade, o homem passa a ser governado por dentro—apto a uma conduta firme e a uma clareza ética.
