प्रभावात्मा जगत्कालस्थालो लोकहितस्तरु: । सारड्रो नवचक्राड़: केतुमाली सभावन:
prabhāvātmā jagatkālasthālo lokahitastaruḥ | sāraḍro navacakrāḍaḥ ketumālī sabhāvanaḥ ||
Vāyu-deva disse: “Ele é de essência radiante; é o vaso no qual o mundo e o Tempo estão assentados. Ergue-se como árvore de bem-estar para todos os seres. Firme no seu âmago, dotado de uma roda de nove partes, portador de estandarte e de nobre disposição.”
