Shloka 22
तदा तान् दुःखितान् ज्ञात्वा आनृशंस्यपरो मुनि: । अयत्नेनादहत् सर्वान् खलिन: स्वेन तेजसा
tadā tān duḥkhitān jñātvā ānṛśaṃsyaparo muniḥ | ayatnenādahat sarvān khalinaḥ svena tejasā ||
Bhishma disse: Então o sábio, supremo em compaixão, ao perceber que estavam aflitos, concedeu-lhes a dádiva da destemor; e, sem qualquer esforço, consumiu todos aqueles demônios chamados Khalin pelo poder do seu próprio fulgor espiritual.
