सर्वभूतदया धर्मो न चैकग्रामवासिता । आशापाशविमोक्षश्न शस्यते मोक्षकाड्क्षिणाम्‌

Transliteration

sarvabhūtadayā dharmo na caikagrāmavāsitā | āśāpāśavimokṣaś ca śasyate mokṣakāṅkṣiṇām ||

Translation

Maheshvara disse: A compaixão por todos os seres é o verdadeiro dharma daquele que busca a libertação. Tal buscador não deve permanecer preso a uma única aldeia ou morada fixa, e deve esforçar-se por cortar os laços da esperança e do desejo. Isto é o que se louva naqueles que anseiam por moksha.
