udaṅmukhaḥ snānaṃ satataṃ śaucaṃ kuryāt samāhitaḥ

Translation

Bhīṣma disse: Deve-se banhar regularmente voltado para o norte e, com a mente recolhida e atenta, manter continuamente a pureza—tanto na conduta quanto na higiene pessoal.
