The verse highlights how swiftly turmoil can subside: nature’s disturbance (rain, lightning, dust, darkness) gives way to clarity in a moment, suggesting that conditions—outer or inner—are impermanent and can return to calm.
After a period of storm-like disturbance, the rain-streams dry up, lightning stops, and the sky becomes clear—free from dust and darkness—marking a sudden shift in the atmosphere and mood of the scene.
