Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | pañcabhir bhrātṛbhiḥ Pārthadroṇaḥ parivṛto babhau | pañcatāreṇa saṃyuktaḥ sāvitreṇeva candramāḥ ||

Translation

Disse Vaiśampāyana: Cercado pelos cinco irmãos, Droṇa—preceptor dos filhos de Pṛthā—resplandeceu como a lua unida ao asterismo Hasta de cinco estrelas, sob a regência de Savitṛ.
