Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages at Naimiṣāraṇya)
It underscores that all sacred forms and powers arise from Śiva’s tejas—so Linga worship is devotion to Pati himself, whose radiance pervades all space and grants protection and liberation.
Shiva-tattva is portrayed as durdharṣa (unconquerable) and all-pervading; Vīrabhadra is a direct, instantaneous emergence of that Śaiva radiance, revealing Pati’s sovereign capacity to manifest forms.
The verse points to contemplation of Shiva’s tejas (inner luminosity) central to Pāśupata orientation—meditating on Pati’s all-pervading power that burns pasha (bondage) and steadies the paśu (soul) in devotion.
