Adhyaya 72 — Puradāha: Rudra’s Cosmic Chariot, Pāśupata-Vrata, and Brahmā’s Shiva-Stuti

प्रत्याहाररतानां च प्रतिस्थानस्थिताय च धारणायै नमस्तुभ्यं धारणाभिरताय ते

Transliteration

pratyāhāraratānāṃ ca pratisthānasthitāya ca dhāraṇāyai namastubhyaṃ dhāraṇābhiratāya te

Translation

Saudações a Ti—que alegras os devotos do pratyāhāra (recolhimento dos sentidos); que permaneces no fundamento firme (pratiṣṭhāna) do ser estável; e que és Tu mesmo a dhāraṇā, a sustentação concentrada. Ó Senhor, homenagem a Ti que te regozijas na dhāraṇā, ó Pati que concedes domínio sobre a mente para libertar o paśu do seu pāśa.
