अध्याय 66: इक्ष्वाकुवंश-ऐलवंशप्रवाहः (त्रिशङ्कु-राम-ययात्यादि-प्रकरणम्)
तोषितस्तेन विप्रेन्द्रः प्रीतः परमभास्वरम् सुसंगं काञ्चनं दिव्यम् अक्षये च महेषुधी
toṣitastena viprendraḥ prītaḥ paramabhāsvaram susaṃgaṃ kāñcanaṃ divyam akṣaye ca maheṣudhī
Assim, satisfeito por ele, o mais eminente dos brâmanes—radiante de júbilo—concedeu uma dádiva de ouro divino, supremamente resplandecente e bem ornada, juntamente com uma provisão inesgotável; tal é a grande eficácia da doação sagrada quando oferecida com reverência ao vipra e consagrada a Pati, o Senhor Mahādeva.
