भुवनकोशस्वभाववर्णनम् — सप्तद्वीप-पर्वत-लोकविन्यासः तथा यक्ष-उमा-प्रकाशः
द्रोणः कङ्कश् च महिषः ककुद्मान् सप्तमः स्मृतः कुशद्वीपे तु सप्तैव द्वीपाश् च कुलपर्वताः
droṇaḥ kaṅkaś ca mahiṣaḥ kakudmān saptamaḥ smṛtaḥ kuśadvīpe tu saptaiva dvīpāś ca kulaparvatāḥ
Droṇa, Kaṅka, Mahiṣa e Kakudmān são lembrados (entre essas divisões), e o sétimo é igualmente assim designado. Em Kuśadvīpa há também, de fato, sete regiões desse tipo, e as montanhas de clã (kulaparvata) são enumeradas—formando a ordem do cosmos manifestado pelo Senhor.
