तथा ह्याचमनीयार्थं कल्पितं पात्रमेव च स्थापयेद् विधिना धीमान् अवगुण्ठ्य यथाविधि
tathā hyācamanīyārthaṃ kalpitaṃ pātrameva ca sthāpayed vidhinā dhīmān avaguṇṭhya yathāvidhi
Do mesmo modo, para o ācamanīya (a água santificante que se sorve), o adorador sábio deve colocar devidamente o recipiente preparado, cobrindo-o conforme o prescrito e segundo a regra ritual—para que este ato de purificação seja adequado ao culto do Pati (Senhor Śiva).
