द्व्यामुष्यायणिको दद्याद् बीजिक्षेत्रिकयोः समम् / ऋक्यादर्धं समादद्यान्नियोगोत्पादितो यदि
dvyāmuṣyāyaṇiko dadyād bījikṣetrikayoḥ samam / ṛkyādardhaṃ samādadyānniyogotpādito yadi
O filho pertencente a duas linhagens paternas (dvyāmuṣyāyaṇika) deve repartir a herança igualmente entre o genitor, o bījī, e o marido legal/o “campo”, o kṣetrika. Mas, se a criança foi gerada por niyoga, deve tomar apenas metade da parte devida ao herdeiro principal (ṛkya).
