FAQs

This verse identifies Vāyu not merely as physical wind but as a pervasive principle recognized even among the devas (Indra and others), present throughout all tattvas as an all-pervading power.

By stressing Vāyu’s all-pervading role, the verse points to prāṇa (life-wind) as a subtle, universal force underlying embodied existence—relevant to how the jīva is sustained and moves through states of life and transition.

Treat prāṇa as sacred: cultivate disciplined breath, purity, and self-control, recognizing that life-energy pervades all beings and supports ethical living and spiritual practice.
