Nṛsiṁhadeva Appears from the Pillar and Slays Hiraṇyakaśipu
श्रीवैतालिका ऊचु: सभासु सत्रेषु तवामलं यशो गीत्वा सपर्यां महतीं लभामहे । यस्तामनैषीद् वशमेष दुर्जनो द्विष्टया हतस्ते भगवन्यथामय: ॥ ५४ ॥
śrī-vaitālikā ūcuḥ sabhāsu satreṣu tavāmalaṁ yaśo gītvā saparyāṁ mahatīṁ labhāmahe yas tām anaiṣīd vaśam eṣa durjano dviṣṭyā hatas te bhagavan yathāmayaḥ
Os habitantes de Vaitālika-loka disseram: Ó Senhor, ao cantar Tua glória imaculada em grandes assembleias e arenas de yajña, recebíamos grande respeito. Porém este demônio perverso usurpou tal posição. Agora, por Tua graça, Tu o mataste, como se cura uma doença crônica.
It says that by singing the Lord’s spotless fame in gatherings and sacrificial settings, devotees gain the great opportunity to worship and serve Him.
