श्रीराजोवाच मन्वन्तराणि सर्वाणि त्वयोक्तानि श्रुतानि मे । वीर्याण्यनन्तवीर्यस्य हरेस्तत्र कृतानि च ॥ १ ॥

Transliteration

śrī-rājovāca manvantarāṇi sarvāṇi tvayoktāni śrutāni me vīryāṇy ananta-vīryasya hares tatra kṛtāni ca

Translation

O rei Parīkṣit disse: Meu senhor Śukadeva Gosvāmī, descreveste detalhadamente todos os manvantaras e, dentro deles, as maravilhosas atividades de Śrī Hari, cuja potência é ilimitada. Sou afortunado por ter ouvido tudo isso de ti.
