The Disappearance of the Yadu Dynasty and Lord Kṛṣṇa’s Departure

त्वं तु मद्धर्ममास्थाय ज्ञाननिष्ठ उपेक्षक: । मन्मायारचितामेतां विज्ञायोपशमं व्रज ॥ ४९ ॥

tvaṁ tu mad-dharmam āsthāya jñāna-niṣṭha upekṣakaḥ man-māyā-racitām etāṁ vijñayopaśamaṁ vraja

Quanto a ti, Dāruka, ampara-te no meu dharma e permanece firme na bhakti a mim, estabelecido no conhecimento espiritual e desapegado do material. Compreendendo que estes passatempos são uma exibição da minha māyā, permanece em paz.

According to Śrīla Jīva Gosvāmī, the word tu here emphasizes that Dāruka is an eternally liberated associate of Lord Kṛṣṇa, having descended from Vaikuṇṭha. Therefore, even though others might be bewildered by the Lord’s pastimes, Dāruka should remain peaceful and fixed in spiritual knowledge.
