Liberto dos condicionamentos sutis da mente e dos gunas nascidos da consciência material, o ser vivo fica plenamente satisfeito ao experimentar Minha forma transcendental. Ele não busca mais prazer no externo, nem o contempla dentro de si.
The human form of life is a rare opportunity for achieving spiritual liberation in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Lord Kṛṣṇa has elaborately described in this chapter the characteristics of the three modes of nature and the transcendental situation of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu has ordered us to take shelter of the holy name of Lord Kṛṣṇa, by which process we can easily transcend the modes of nature and begin our real life of loving devotional service to Lord Kṛṣṇa.
It says that when one is freed from subtle impressions born of the gunas, one becomes completely filled by Krishna as Brahman and stops searching for the Absolute as something separate—either outside or within.
In the Uddhava Gītā, Krishna instructs Uddhava on liberation beyond the three modes; here He explains that freedom from guna-born conditioning culminates in direct fullness of God-realization, ending the restless search for completion.
Reduce guna-driven habits and mental conditioning through steady sādhana (bhakti, remembrance, self-control), and practice seeing Krishna’s presence everywhere—so spiritual life becomes lived wholeness rather than anxious searching.
