Transliteration

madhv-ādiṣu dvādaśasu bhagavān kāla-rūpa-dhṛk loka-tantrāya carati pṛthag dvādaśabhir gaṇaiḥ

Translation

A Suprema Personalidade de Deus, manifestando a potência do tempo como deus Sol, percorre os doze meses, começando por Madhu, para regular o movimento planetário no universo. Em cada mês, um conjunto diferente de seis acompanhantes viaja com o deus Sol.
