Hari’s Special Mercy, Śiva’s Quick Boons, and the Deliverance from Vṛkāsura

Perseguido pelo demônio, Śiva fugiu rapidamente de sua morada no norte, tremendo de terror. Correu até os limites da terra, do céu e dos confins do universo.
It describes an overwhelming force—likened here to surging water—that continues to pursue the frightened person even to the farthest limits, illustrating that divine energy cannot be escaped by mere running.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī speaks this verse while narrating the events of Canto 10 to King Parīkṣit.
It encourages surrender and humility: instead of trying to outrun consequences or higher laws, one should take shelter of the Lord through devotion, right action, and sincere repentance.
