Kṛṣṇa Visits Indraprastha; Kuntī’s Remembrance; Kālindī and Further Marriages
This verse identifies Nāgnajitī as the same person as Princess Satyā, the daughter of the highly righteous King Nagnajit of Kauśalya.
It describes him as “ati-dhārmikaḥ”—a king exceptionally devoted to dharma—establishing his saintly royal character in the narrative.
Leadership should be rooted in dharma—truthfulness, responsibility, and protection of dependents—so that family and society develop noble qualities.
