Kṛṣṇa Visits Indraprastha; Kuntī’s Remembrance; Kālindī and Further Marriages
दृष्ट्वा तमागतं पार्था मुकुन्दमखिलेश्वरम् । उत्तस्थुर्युगपद् वीरा: प्राणा मुख्यमिवागतम् ॥ २ ॥
dṛṣṭvā tam āgataṁ pārthā mukundam akhileśvaram uttasthur yugapad vīrāḥ prāṇā mukhyam ivāgatam
Ao verem que o Senhor Mukunda, soberano de tudo, havia chegado, os heroicos filhos de Pṛthā levantaram-se de uma vez, como os sentidos ao retorno do sopro vital.
The metaphor used here is quite poetic. When a person is unconscious, the senses do not function. But when consciousness returns to the body, all the senses spring to life at once and begin functioning. Similarly, the Pāṇḍavas all stood up at once, enlivened to receive their Lord, Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
