श्रीशुक उवाच कंस एवं प्रसन्नाभ्यां विशुद्धं प्रतिभाषित: । देवकीवसुदेवाभ्यामनुज्ञातोऽविशद् गृहम् ॥ २८ ॥

Transliteration

śrī-śuka uvāca kaṁsa evaṁ prasannābhyāṁ viśuddhaṁ pratibhāṣitaḥ devakī-vasudevābhyām anujñāto ’viśad gṛham

Translation

Śukadeva Gosvāmī continuou: Assim, tendo sido interpelado com palavras puras por Devakī e Vasudeva, já muito apaziguados, Kaṁsa ficou satisfeito e, com a permissão deles, entrou em sua casa.
